The VLB series features a patented low-profile cap and a new domed orifice system engineered to sit proud and protrude past the ‘cap-face’, minimising spray interaction with the nozzle face. This design significantly reduces product build-up and bearding on the cap, which limits scorched particle formation and reduces risk and decreases cleaning frequency and downtime—resulting in longer continuous runs and improved product quality.
